Worldwide Referral Network:

Referrals are substantial source of income for many real estate professionals. Many of real estate agents in North America know this well, and we do value referrals from our fellow professional estate agents around the globe, and are willing to share our profits and opportunities through the Worldwide Referral Network. The client referred to us will remain the client of the original broker—even if he works with us to transact in Macau.

Century 21 - Macau Westside Property understands the value of Referrals. We will pay referring broker up to 15% of our side of the transaction for residential and up to 10% for commercial (varies from case’s difficulty). We use the standard Transnational Referral System and Agreements issued by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. It provides standardized referral forms that brokers can voluntarily use to negotiate specific fee arrangements. The system also provides an arbitration process to use to settle disputes between brokers. Many Brokers have used the system with varying degrees of success.

We are confident the Worldwide Referral Network is a Win-Win arrangement that will benefit every participating broker.
